Module C: Agents & the Copilot Ecosystem (intro)

A non-technical overview of AI Agents (specialized assistants) and where they fit:

• Team Copilot concepts for collaboration and project work inside Teams. Availability and licensing vary, this is a capabilities primer.

• Copilot Studio & Agent Builder as paths to create task-specific agents or quick prototypes inside Microsoft 365, with options to add “actions” that integrate systems.

• Connectors to bring business data into Microsoft Graph so Copilot can reason over more of your content (governed by your permissions model).

Module D — Adoption & Governance
Practical do’s/don’ts, change tactics, and an actionable checklist you can operationalize with IT and team leads.
